When I was back in Pittsburgh, I had THE BEST grilled cabbage taco from Smoke, my fave taco BBQ spot. It had soy ginger mayo, smoked corn poblano salsa, sauteed chiles, the aforementioned cabbage, and fried onions. So freaking amazing I had to replicate it at home.
