The cauliflower shawarma recipe sounds great! I'd like to adapt this for the air fryer since we're in summer mode now down in Alabama & I'm trying not to turn on my oven.
I think it would be amazing in the air fryer! I will say it's a lot of cauliflower--I roast it on 2 half sheet pans. I think for most air fryers you'd want to do it in batches so it gets that nice browning. Let me know how it turns out.
Good point--I have a 6 qt. air fryer. I'd probably do no more than 2-3 cups of raw cauliflower to make sure it browns well. I'll check into decreasing the recipe size and if I can find a good cauliflower at the farmer's market this weekend, I'll follow up after we try it out!
