Exactly!!!! It's true that there are effective things we can do support our health, but it's also true that sometimes illness happens no matter what--there are just some things that are out of our hands.
Yes, all is good! I realized I sent the email without making it explicit that my biopsy is negative and I am total fine but I revised it after the fact :)
